CONDITIONS
 

1. The tournament is open to all CGF members with a valid EGA hcp.

2. Team entries (Men, Ladies or Mixed) MUST be submitted directly to CGF the latest by Friday, May 9, 2014, 13:00, either by telephone (22 449874) or by email (cgf@cgf.org.cy). In the event of an individual entry CGF will make every effort to team-up players.

3. The entry fee is THIRTY-FIVE EUROS (€35) per player, and must be paid directly to the CGF prior to the closing date of the event. 

4. Starting times will be between 10:30 and 13:00. Competitors can if they wish indicate their preferred tee-time and this will be met as far as possible. An effort will be made to keep teams from the same club separate. Details of starting times will be published and available on the CGF’s website (www.cgf.org.cy) following the closing of entries on May 9^th.

5. The CGF reserve the right to refuse any entry without disclosing the reason, to alter or amend any of the conditions, and to settle any dispute that may arise out of the competition.

6. In the event of a tie the winning team will be decided on the better inward half (last 9, 6, 3, 2, 1) or such other method as the CGF may decide. Both members of the winning team will receive a prize.
