Boys of age 18 and under members of the Cyprus Golf Federation that conform in all respects to the current Amateur Status Rules of the R&A and hold a current handicap not exceeding an Exact EGA handicap of 28.0. The event will run concurrently with the Aegean Cyprus National Championship. Boys with Cypriot Nationality will be competitng for both titles (Aegean Cyprus National Championship and the Aegean Cyprus Junior Boys Championship), while non-Cypriot boys will be competing only for the Aegean Cyprus Boys Championship. There is only one entry fee for boys who qualify for both titles.
