Cyprus Golf Federation's premier Junior event (WAGR) to be played on the Faldo designed Eléa Estate course, 9 to 12 February 2023. Youth players (boys and girls) residing in Cyprus or internationally who are 18 years old or under as of January 1, 2023 and are in possession of a WHS Index of 9.0 or below for boys, 14.0 or below for girls. For 2023, the NSCJO will be played as a Mixed event. Apart from the overall Champion for 2023, the boy player with the lowest gross score over 54 holes will be awarded the Nicos Severis Boys trophy, while the girl player with the lowest gross score over 54 holes will be awarded the Nicos Severis Cyprus  Girls trophy.
